When Joseph arrived we toured the rooms and I told him my concerns. He had suggestions and information that I would never have thought of. He was extremely polite and conscientious of all my personal property while cleaning everything thoroughly. He called and asked if it was ok to arrive early and I agreed. Joseph did a great job and cleaned up everything before asking me to take a look to make sure everything was ok! It was great and I even added on another room. What a very professional young man with great customer service!!!! I was very impressed and have already recommended to family and friends!

The technician was friendly and polite and explained everything well before he started. He even made friends with my barky dog! When he finished, the carpets were SO clean and the house smelled great. All of the rooms dried quickly and we were able to put the furniture back the next day. I've used Zerorez before and will definitely use them again.
