From the moment I called to ask questions about your services to the actual work being done, everyone was very professional and courteous. Since I have a large home, wanted a lot of cleaning done and wasn't sure of the fabric in my carpets and rugs, Christian recommended that Augie should be the one coming to do the work as he had a lot of experience. Augie did a walk thru with me to make sure of what I wanted and then he went back and made sure he knew where I wanted certain treatments etc. He spent the whole day working and it looks fabulous! I am so pleased with how the tile/grout in my kitchen was restored to it's whiteness. The carpets and rugs that have been used for 20+ years, look like new again. Thank you!!!
