Good workmanship. A polite technician who was very thorough when cleaning our sectional. He explained the process before he started.

I would have to say the first great thing about the gentleman that came over was very polite, asked to see what he was there to do. After him seeing the carpet he basically asked what i wanted from him. I told him make my carpets like new. (Lots of pet accidents and heavy traffic). After discussing that he simply said its going to be expensive, i said ok you tell me how much you need to make it like new. Before he even started pulling hoses out we discussed prices and what we need to do for him. He promptly started cleaning. Was in my house for a total of 3 hours and i looked at the carpet and it looked like he was done installing the carpet not cleaning it. Told me about the 30 day guarantee and he left. Its been 48 hours carpet is completely dry and i don't see a single stain and it smells great!

Kendell and Marino were on time, and were excellent in communicating, answering questions, etc. They were very efficient in cleaning the carpet & applying the protective coat & did excellent work.
