I am moving back tp Iowa and wanted the carpet in my entire home cleaned before I moved in. I have to admit I was worried that I might need to replace the carpet. Products and the service was wonderful. I have to say that the Technician Augie did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took pride in his work. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I had never had our tiles cleaned by a professional before, so I did not know what to expect. I watched him clean them and they look brand new now! I am so pleased. And to have our carpets cleaned was wonderfu. He did such a great job and took his time. I have already recommended Zerorez to 6 of my friends. I have also shared Augie's name with them. Because next time that is who I am requesting. :) I hope he won't be too busy. :)
