The young man, Kendall, who cleaned our carpet was polite, efficient, hardworking and thorough. He took his time to do the job right. We did find though, that it took 3 days for the carpet to be completely dry. But we do feel Zerorez does a very nice job!

I am moving back tp Iowa and wanted the carpet in my entire home cleaned before I moved in. I have to admit I was worried that I might need to replace the carpet. A good friend of mine mentioned that she had used Zerorez and received great service so I thought I would give it a try also. I can’t say enough good things about Angel Y. He did a superior job and I honestly can’t believe how amazing my carpet looks!

Products and the service was wonderful. I have to say that the Technician Augie did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took pride in his work. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I had never had our tiles cleaned by a professional before, so I did not know what to expect. I watched him clean them and they look brand new now! I am so pleased. And to have our carpets cleaned was wonderfu. He did such a great job and took his time. I have already recommended Zerorez to 6 of my friends. I have also shared Augie's name with them. Because next time that is who I am requesting. :) I hope he won't be too busy. :)
