After I called a technician came out the next day so I didn’t have to schedule weeks out. It didn’t take long at all, the mud came out & the carpets/rugs look so much better!

Larry did a wonderful job on our carpet today! We had neglected to get it cleaned for several years due to covid, so it had gotten pretty bad in several traffic areas. It turned out much better than I thought it would, so we were quite happy with the results. Larry was very curtious and did a great job of explaining the process, etc. He is a keeper, Zerorez! I hope you pay him well and are able to keep him as an employee.

My carpet looks brand new again. I have a cat that throws up a lot and John got all of it out. He really did an amazing job. Recommended scotch guard treatment as previous treatment only lasts 18 Mo which I didn’t know. No wonder I wasn’t get the stain out anymore.
