Dedicated worker who spent time here. When it was not resolved to our satisfaction, he did work to do so.

Hayden and Luke did an outstanding job - very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and treated my house with respect (didn't bang up or damage mop boards, railings, hardwoods etc). They were done in the time they said it would take and offered a ton of insight into carpet care. I couldn't be happier with the service and results - my carpets look brand new again.

My only very minor issue was the upgraded finishing spray to help with high traffic areas and hold the carpet fibers together left a minor red hue in certain places. Not a big deal once I put the furniture back but it's noticeable with natural sunlight (which my house has a lot of).

Thanks again for the outstanding service. I will be calling you again for my next service and recommending you to my friends and neighborhood.

Carpet looks very clean. Only thing is have 2 wrinkles upstairs in the office room and 1 in the living room downdtairs. Called about them and Devon said to wait awhile to see if they are getting better. Seem to be a bit better at this time and will let you know next week if ok or not. - Name removed

I was very pleased with how thorough the carpet cleaning was. The technician (Kenny) was excellent, going through each room before the service began to identify special needs or issues. The whole process was pretty quick and the carpets were not oversoaked and a sopping mess afterwards. In fact, the carpet dried very quickly and looked brighter and smelled great! I was very pleased with the service both on the phone and especially by the outstanding technician you sent to my home. I will definitely use Zerorez again and have already referred you to a friend!
