I have been very satisfied with your service. I have only used Zerrez twice but times my carpets have looked very clean. Both of the gentleman that came to clean were prompt, kind and friendly. They did their job, made sure I was satisfied and then cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and would have them back again.

I like that you only use water and not chemicals on my carpets. I didn’t like that you gave me a 4 hour window that you were supposed to come to my house. When the time window was over, I had to call to see when the technician might show up. It would have been nice to get a call saying they were running late, so I could get some errands done, instead of just staying home waiting
