It's thorough, it's clean, no greasy, sticky feel or perfumey smell. I have very old carpet, and there are a few old stains that I knew couldn't be removed, but they were able to successfully remove a bad pet odor from one corner and the whole thing looks great and smells clean!

Hayden was polite, friendly, and had an outstanding attitude. He was upfront about additional options and charges, which matched what I had been told over the phone. He was very careful around my antiques, (and my not-so-antiques) and he worked his tail off! When he left, even my entryway and my front porch were in better condition than when he arrived!

You don't use chemicals, but alter the water molecularly (?). I've used only you for my carpets for 9 years...ever since we put down new carpet. I also referred Susie Overton, a friend and neighbor, to you for years. I understand that she did use you this spring and was very happy.

The carpets looked and felt great after they were cleaned. I have had problems in the past with my pet being allergic to the cleaning products but no problem this time.

The techs did a great job. However, I called the office and let them know how my kitchen was left. The techs moved my dining room chairs and rocking chair into the kitchen while they were cleaning the carpets. The chairs were left there after they finished. They blocked the refrigerator and just about everything else. This created a problem for me as I'm on oxygen and not of good health. I was unable to the chairs out myself.

My carpet is very clean afterwards. They get out even old stains. Drying doesn't take too long.
