I haven't had my carpet professionally cleaned in years. With that being said, I didn't have anything to compare the final result. Granted the carpet is old, but I didn't see that much difference in appearance between the carpet prior to having it cleaned.

First, Rashid and Luke were both pleasant and efficient. They worked very hard to get several stubborn pet messes out of our carpets. Our son left his puppy with us when he went on his honeymoon; the dog chose to do nothing outside, saving it all for inside the house. Moreover, one of our Labs came down with giardia and was very sick all over the dining room carpet; it looked like a crime scene! I did my best with Zerorez powder that had been left for me the last time your company cleaned for us, but after three hours of work and tears, I still saw a good amount of the stain left. My husband and I had resigned ourselves to having to have that part of the carpet removed and replaced with remnants. After Rashid and Luke left yesterday, the carpet looked immaculate. Moreover, the house smells so clean and fresh. Before we discovered Zerorez, we'd had our carpets cleaned by other reputable companies, but we find that our rugs stay cleaner longer after being cleaned by your process, and everyone who has worked on our carpets has been so friendly and helpful. We're customers for life!

this is second time Ive used ZeroRez....beats the heck out of Stanley steamer, and especially terrible Chem Dry which did a terrrible when i used them some years ago.
Carpet is clean and good color came back to high traffic area.

( i personally would appreciate an all inclusive price, the "additional cost like 11.00, seems like a trick, just tell me how much the service is, more than likely i will just pay it, but when you say 99.00, we both know that is not what you mean) I have used you 3 times so obviously i must have some customer satisfaction.
My husband and I purchased a new home and were told the carpets had been professionally cleaned. It certainly did not look like it. There were many stains on the carpet including many urine stains. I really needed to have the carpets cleaned before the movers came. I called Zerorez and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. James was my service tech and I thought he did a great job of explaining the cleaning process and answered all of my questions! Greg was a trainee and he did a great job too! My carpets are now very clean and free of urine stain!

Friendly and provide a great service for a great price. Our carpet looks brand new! And I don't have to worry about it being full of chemicals especially with our 7 month old son that is about to start crawling.
