The technician, Jesus, was very nice to work with and carefully explained what he was doing. He was prompt, and in fact called to see if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. The carpet looks very nice and is greatly improved in the heavily traveled areas. There is no fragrance in your product which is greatly appreciated.

the product seems to work very well. The carpets came very clean and all the stains came out. As for the two service men , they were very professional, polite and very respectful. I would definitely recommend ;Zerorez'
