The carpet came out great even though it had been awhile since I had the carpet cleaned. The 2 guys were super helpful with moving furniture and putting the pieces back in place. The carpet dries quickly as well.
I think it would be nice if the carpet cleaners had cards with their names on them so I could easily identify them to thank. I have to call and get them as I want them to come back and clean my tile floor in the kitchen!

Zerorez is our go to carpet cleaners. The techs are friendly, considerate, clean, and helpful. I had the tech do the pet application and the carpets smell fresh and amazing. There is never a chemical smell and they always take their time and are extremely thorough.
One crew cleaned out my dryer vents and they were very thorough professional and quick. Another crew cleaned my nasty carpets to perfection. The carpets are 54 years old and look brand new. Zane was most cordial and professional. This is the third year that Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and I couldn't use any other service.
Santana did a nice job. He was polite, friendly and was clear in how the carpet cleaning would proceed. He worked in a consistent and deliberate manner and answered all my questions. I know he was just completing his training and should have no problems working on his own.
