Your technician Matthew was very professional and knowledgable in relation to the products which would be most effective for the spots. The carpet now looks great!

Scheduling was easy. We were kept in the loop for arrival time window, and Bill and Blair arrived within 15 minutes of the start time. Bill explained everything that was being done. Both gentlemen were polite and professional.

We've been loyal Zerorez customers for years because we love that the process is chemical-free, fast drying and doesn't leave any sticky residue. Usually, all our tough stains disappear, but this time a dog mishap and a soda spill didn't come out despite my initial cleanup efforts. It was unexpected given how well Zerorez usually works. Nevertheless, we will still contact Zerorez when that time comes around.

Great job, technician was very professional and kind. He worked hard to make sure my rooms were done as I was told it would be a portable as I’m one the 1st floor. Didn’t have a portable cleaner so had to menevor to get his equipment to fit thru our window. He got it done!✅
