The non-chemical process that is safe for children and pets and also has a nice refreshing odor. Also, your technician Ricky was most professional and he and Mandy did an excellent job in cleaning the carpets. Great service--great results!

The orange emulsifier and turbo charged water extractor - carpet dried much quicker as compared to one of your competitors - hint - rhymes with Tanley. Gents who did the service were very professional and wanted to make sure I was pleased - which I was. Nice work.

The service tech Wynton was on time, professional, thorough, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet and area rug. The pet accidents are gone and my house smells great. You should hire more young men like Wynton.

The entire process, from making the phone call to scheduling the cleaning to the cleaning itself, was fast and efficient. The results were as good or better than we expected. We were even offered footies to wear so we could walk around during the drying time. Zerorez will be our first choice for our next carpet cleaning.

Jerred did an extremely thorough job during this rug cleaning. During the initial cleaning approximately 18 months before by Zerorez, a second technician was required to come back to my home and correct areas missed during the first visit. Jarred should be commended for listening to my requests and addressing all of my concerns. His attention to detail was excellent.

Product is great. Carpet and tile looks so much better. Did not like the oil leaking on my driveway and garage floor from your van. Also did not appreciate the tech not telling us that he had blown a breaker! Found out at 10 at nite.

The equipment was certainly up to the job and not simply "Rug Doctor" quality. I think that's what made the effectiveness of the service very good. And the technician was knowledgeable and made sure he was doing what we needed.

Everything about the process from start to finish went smoothly. I scheduled online, received a phone call confirmation, and then received another call detailing what to expect for my appointment. The service tech was on time, friendly, and helpful. We have a number of contractors at any given time working on something on our home....I wish all of my experiences were as easy and done with the level of quality as with your company. We will certainly call you again for our future needs!
