As usual, I'm very pleased with the service I get from ZeroRez. Dennis has been my service guy several times now and I always request him. He's knowledgeable, courteous and detailed. I love ZeroRez for it's service and the comfort of knowing how clean my carpets are!

The carpets look and smell wonderful! The couches and wool area rug are also sparkling clean.
Your cleaner, Kirby was courteous, very pleasant, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

My wife and I have a carpet type that wrinkles after cleaning. After cleaning with Zerorez we have half the wrinkles and the carpet snaps back within 24 hours. And the carpet is so very clean and fresh. Seth, Zerorez's technician was courteous, professional and helpful with suggestions for carpet care. Thanks Seth and thanks Zerorez!

Absolutely LOVED everything from your customer service when making the appointment, to your employee, Rickey Brown (so nice!) to the job he did. Everything was so professional. I would highly recommend Zerorez!
