Michael Miller is a "people" person. He was so pleasant and worked diligently, doing an excellent job! My home is very large, with 54 stairs/landings. That is an even harder task than cleaning a normal room. I appreciated his carefulness with the hoses against walls and wood. Having a Zerorez cleaning makes a home feel almost new!
