I had an urgent situation come up and I called in the morning to see if someone could clean my carpets. Your technician was here by 3:00. Amazing! He was thoughtful, helpful, and did a really superb job. My carpets are clean as well as my couch upholstery. (I added that to the service.) Now I am ready for company as relatives arrive starting tonight for my sister's funeral. Not that they probably would have cared about how dirty my carpet was but it was disgusting and I was embarrassed. No longer.

We were very pleased with your service and the job that James did (We recommend him highly). However there is still a spot in front of the coffee table that did not come out that we were disappointed in. If you get in our neighborhood, please call and check it out.

Very thorough. Came out clean. Did have issues with online booking however. I booked between 1 and 4 and the cleaning persons sheet had 10-1. Also, I had booked for tile clean and seal and that was nowhere on his notes.

our tech, wynot, ( i can't remember the correct spelling of this gentlemans' name, but he was awesome. very professional. the carpet hasn't looked this good in years. i love the "no smell" you get. with other companies we've had, you could smell it for days. and the wet wasn't as wet as we've got in the past. the only thing i could say, was i kinda wanted a receipt when he was done. i like to have one for my records so i can see what i'm actually paying for. when you pay 354 dollars, you kinda wanna know what your dollar bought. i would definately use your company again next year. thank you.
