I had Very badly soiled areas, the result of 5 years of foot traffic and spills. I did not expect any miracles as I knew the damage was bad. I was truly amazed at how well the carpet turned out. The guys couldn't every stain, but the few that were left were lightened up enough that it's not that noticeable. The guys were courteous and professional and did an absolutely fabulous job. I will HIGHLY your service to anyone and everyone.

Our carpets still had some traffic pattern shadows and Kenny and another tech came back out and it now looks like new. Zerorez always does a great job!

I really appreciate that our cleaned carpet leaves no residual film or scents on the skin when touched. While I cannot vouch for the chemical composition of your cleaning solutions, I am told they're free of harsh chemicals and this is a point I am grateful for as I am ordinarily sensitive to both organic and chemical odors and residues. Seth was very friendly and did the job well. Our carpet no longer smells like our dog's piddle or his kitchen trash binges and the carpet looks great. I'm very pleased with my Zerorez carpet cleaning experience.

The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and efficient.

I like the product which does not leave residue. I did have a communication problem with scheduling, as I thought I had a specific appointment time, and apparently that is not the case. (A window is offered) The technician was efficient and thorough.

Friendly staff that do a good job.
However, when I arranged for the service for my seller, there was a sale going on and I never anticipated it costing so much to have the carpets cleaned. Also, when someone called him to verify his credit card info, he, or they, thought cleaning the tile floor would be a great idea. I, as the seller's agent, did not.
The buyer's did not request that to be done and since they will be putting in hardwood floors, it was completely unnecessary and the whole bit cost my seller over $1,100+

Technician dressed appropriately in company uniform; tech. represented company in a professional manner; tech. looked me in the eye when speaking; tech. was very knowledeable about product and service; tech offered additional services to better our carpet NOT just a sales pitch; tech. helped me move large pieces of furniture; tech. had a personable attitude toward family members; tech. enjoyed the cup of coffee I made; our dog approved of tech.

Johnny was the service attendant that came to shampoo - he was very amendable, polite, clean cut, presentable which in today's world makes an impression. He positively represented the company and seemed knowledgable and efficient. I would recomment ZeroRez to others.

However, there are some remaining areas and small spots. I'm not certain if they weren't spot treated or just cannot be removed. Other than that, I am satisfied with the overall look of the carpet.

The carpets were very clean and soft feeling. We previously had our carpets cleaned by another company, and the carpets felt sticky and stiff! We appreciated the soft, clean feeling of our carpets, and no artificial sweet smells were left behind.
