Customer service was great from both ends - my initial phone call was last minute trying to see if I could get carpets cleaned within 3 days for a graduation party I was hosting and she found me a time the next morning. The service guys were GREAT!!! They called to let me know they were on their way and after surveying my carpet got to work right away. They also let me know if there were any stains they couldn't completely get out and my carpet was in the condition of truly needing to be replaced and they made it look WONDERFUL!!! Great experience and totally would recommend!

Josh did a great job of getting the very dirty high-traffic areas and 'the dog sleeps here' areas clean. Was was very thorough.

He did not suggest that I turn on the ceiling fans. I did this on my own after he left, but I would have expected him to recommend it.

Zerorez advertises quicker drying time, but I think my carpet was just as damp as with other carpet cleaning companies.

You arrived when you said you would...your staff was competent, friendly, polite, professional and worked joyfully and hard. The job was well done and efficiently. The price was a bit high...but I think worth the money.
