Your ads inferred your empowered water treatment would get my carpet clean. Sorry, but even after a retry, the carpet was still dirty in traffic areas. Reason given: my carpet was too old. Wear was not my issue....the dirt was. Please rephrase your ads to reflect reality. After treating the carpet with your version of scotch guard there was absolutely no way your retry attempt was ever going to clean the carpet. You might instruct your technicians to refrain from applying the protectant treatment until the carpet is CLEAN.
I had vacuumed, moved all the dining chairs out and taken everything off the end tables and coffee tables and the guy didn’t want to just move the tables over and move the 4 chairs over to clean under them. I didn’t expect him to move the sofas. I asked him if he would clean under things if I helped him move them and he did. I am 79 years old and when I hire my carpets cleaned I cannot do the heavy work myself and neither can my friends or anyone I would recommend you to do for that reason I will have to find someone else next time.
No stiff detergent left in carpets. The carpets are almost dry when the technician leaves. Carpets look and smell clean. The company cares that the customers are satisfied.
Our guys were prompt and very professional. They came in and cleaned our carpets and our bathroom tile floor. The floors look great and within hours were dry and ready for normal activity. Our technicians, Ray and Paul, were extremely professional and prompt. They also provided me with an estimate on cleaning and sealing my kitchen granite and cleaning and sealing my grout in my shower.
I am very pleased and will definetely request Ray and Paul for my next Zerorez appointment!

My carpets were so clean they look new and all pet stains and other tracked in spots are gone. When the team was finished the most of the carpets were almost dry and smelled good.

I made the appointment on line. It said clean three rooms and get 100 square feet of tile cleaned. I had six rooms and hallway cleaned. When I asked him about the tile cleaning he wanted a coupon. I didn't have a coupon because I never saw anywhere where there was a coupon to be printed. I just thought that was pretty lame. He did a great job of cleaning the carpets but the tile thing has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The cost, friendly employees
I had to show the carpet tech that using a little “elbow grease” would get the spots out. I wasnt warned I should Be wearing gloves to protect skin either so skin was very irritated where the cleaner splashed up on me. He spent a lot of time in the one room where there was the recent spills but spend maybe 1 minute in other rooms. None of those spots came up even the slightest. Was really disappointed as we have used you before and seen better results. :(

What a couple months so i can tell if your cleaning really works. They all look good the very next day.
I called and setup an appt for the carpets to be cleaned in my home. I made it very clear to the young lady on the phone exactly what I wanted to have done. I wasn’t able to be there when the technician came to do the cleaning. He was able to talk the gentleman at my house into adding on items I didn’t want or request. The technician worded it in a way that it would only be one price, but when the bill came it was significantly more than explained. I called to speak with a manager and left messages. I received a call back almost two weeks later. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution and have yet to hear from anyone. It has now been a month. As the client who made the request/appointment, I don’t feel I should be responsible to pay for something I didn’t authorize.

They arrived on time were courteous and got the carpet incredibly clean.
I just don't think that the cleaning result was a good as we have previously experienced. I acknowledge that our carpet is 10 years old in 2 areas and 4 yrs old in the other so no cleaning could make the carpets look like new.
