I’ve used Zerorez for years but just recently tried their air duct cleaning after a huge, dust-filled remodel and they did not disappoint. So glad we had them in to get the entire duct system cleaned out AND the carpets cleaned. We will always go with Xerorez!

I paid an upgraded charge of $75 to remove a couple pet stains from about a 3' by 3' area. The guy got the stains out but as it started to dry I noticed the carpet was brown in areas it wasn't brown before. I would understand if he couldn't get the initial stains out but i certainly didn't pay that much to get new visible stains. The guy was very nice and accommodating and did a great job everywhere else though.
They came on time, and did the work we asked. Very courteous.

Better stain removal treatment
I am please with job but would have liked the tech to ask me to move a piece of furniture to finish 1 room. Justgreat had 1 area of the room that was missed.I did not notice it during walk through. The rest of the hose is

Technician was very friendly and explained everything. Told me he would do a test area to make sure it cleaned the way I wanted and if it didn’t I didn’t have to have it done. Cleaned very well and looks great!

Your too expensive and it took 3 visits to do the job; cost me almost $800. I should have shiny and no stains on my floors; no smells etc.
Sadly not the case, disappointed.
I felt like the technician was giving me the hard sell on adding services. I will probably not use Zerorez again.

Cleaning with very hot steaming water with no chemicals sounds a great way to get the dirt and kill zillions of dust bugs and mites. Just walking barefoot on the same old carpet but after Zerorez service feels so good and new

We’ve used ZR for years. It used to be a better experience in regards to quality of service. The guys used to walk in & immediately prep for the smallest footprint. Now I have to ask for wall guards, I wrap my own cords, and the driver pulled into our circle drive, but drove through part of our yard & damaged the actual driveway.

Arrive on time for the actual scheduled appointment. I was a first time customer. Appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. Tech did not arrive until 3:35 pm. I had to cancel other plans. When i initially scheduled my appointment, I was not told that there was a 2 hour window for tech to arrive. When tech did not arrive to my home by 2:00 pm, i called Zerorez. I was then told at that time about the 2 hour window for his arrival. Needleas to say, he was still late.
There was a smell that is still lingering but not as bad. It didn't smell like this before the cleaning only after
