They did just what they said they would and the carpets look great!
The technician did a great job; however, I was very thrown off when the quote I was given ($250) was turned into $390 once the technician arrived. I had an open house the next day so I couldn't cancel. I felt like I had no choice but to pay that amount. I can understand it being off a bit but not $140.

From the time you make your appointment to end of cleaning the services are great. Prices up front before they start any treatment and service. Products are save for kids and pets.
