All of the carpet (3 bedrooms and the living room) came out looking great - my only complaint is that the living room carpet took 4 days to fully dry and now smells like mildew/mold - kind of like laundry left in the washing machine too long. I have called and another tech is coming out tomorrow, so I am really hoping it fixes it.

Professional staff and quality cleaning products.
Dalton was very personable, nice, friendly, helpful and hard working. He was able to get the pet stains out of the carpet, but not the paint stains, which was kind of disappointing.
I would ask that you all have your representatives wear shoe covers. Our rep arrived quickly once we received the call he was on his way. He was very friendly and chatty.
I had to reschedule my time, which seemed easy until they did not show up. I had to call and check on it- it had not been changed in the computer. However, a technician was at our house within 30 minutes.

My carpet looked great after the cleaning. It had some large stains due to pet urine that I had tried to clean on my own. I paid extra for the deep clean and was hoping it would work. However when it dried there are some stains noticeable where the extra liquid was poured (not the same stains, seems like the liquid caused a difference stain). I was hoping for more success.
