Your products are fantastic. They leave the house smelling great even with pets. The carpets are also soft and not sticky when the tech leaves. The fact that it's all "green" products is even better. It's a little pricey but, I've used the competition and have come back to ZeroRez twice now. No problems with products and would definitely recommend.

Wish I would have been told to leave my fans on, was gone for the evening and when I got back and even the next day, my carpets were still wet.
My tech,Jonathan, was great! He knew what he was talking about and answered any questions I had at anytime.

Non toxic and good cleaning
time frame for arrival was not met, 3:30-5, arrival at 5:45? not close! but the job was done well and the technician was pleasant and professional.

The technician, Torrence, was amazing. He was prompt and courteous and did not try to upsell anything. He gave me options such as scotch guard, but did not pressure me when I declined. The carpets are clean and there is no "crunch" when I walk on them when they dried.
Your staff were very professional both on the phone and in person. The agent and the phone and the person sent out to do the cleaning. Job well done 👍🏽

The add said if I scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday I would receive a $50 gift card to a steak house. I didn't get it and and no response from the company we I asked about it.
Pretty good in what they do
It's my 2nd time to use Zerorez and I still soo satisfied. Carpet is very clean, no weird smell or sticky feeling....just clean. Also, 2nd time for the same technician, Torrance, is wonderful....he is professional, polite, and very thorough. He is a great ambassador for Zerorez! Thank you! First name removed
I think Zerorez does a great job getting marks out of the carpet and making the carpet look rejuvenated. I also appreciate how much water they can remove from the carpet during their cleaning.
