Carpets looked great! Very pleased with the outcome. Will use again!
I should have been there myself to make sure what I wanted was done. I paid the three rooms for $99 & then received the KLYY Frank Reed & Starlene Stringer special of one tile room free. I did like the kitchen tile job but thought it would be the entire kitchen, but it ended where the kitchen nook/dining area was. So I assume that is considered a separate room. So I had to scrub & clean that area which I wasn’t counting on doing. Then, the living room has a large area rug & instead of moving furniture to get to the carpet under, I was just going to have the rug cleaned. But, only the outside edges were cleaned where the carpet shows & not the rug. Then the office & bedroom were cleaned but again, didn’t move any furniture so it wasn’t a true full room. I almost went with Stanley Steamer because they do move furniture when they clean the carpets, but I love KLTY & have been hearing about Zerorez for years now & wanted to give y’all a chance. My carpets were a mess & some stains just aren’t going to come out I suppose.
So although I like the results for the most part, I just feel I didn’t really get three full rooms cleaned.
You're always on time, your technicians are excellent, take time to explain things, give warnings about possible slip locations, they take the time to ensure that you are satisfied completely!
Not to mention that the clean is amazing. No soaps or weird stuff. Just a CLEAN carpet and tile!

You could provide the coupon for the EG Steakhouse at the time of service and I did not get the free 100 square feet of tile cleaned because he said it was not on his work order.
I am pleased with the cleaning of my carpet. The only thing I would do different is not have my tile cleaned. The worker set the equipment at the lowest setting since our grout had been painted, but the cleaning still washed away some fo the painted grout in several spots. But other than that, I am always pleased with your service.
They don't use harsh chemicals and carpets do get clean.
Everything is an upcharge. If you say it’s 99 for three rooms then charge 99 not an additional 10. Chose you for your environmental aspect. Will never use you again. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM ALL FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE
The guys that performed both my air duct cleaning and floor cleaning were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They did an amazing job and took care when entering and leaving my home. I highly recommend Zerorez and will always be using them in the future.
Professional service tech, Justin and the carpets feel clean - nice and soft and there is NO smell afterwards.
As I've just used you company, my thoughts on your product will come after it's been a month or so. ( whether or not stains reappear). Justin was so gracious, explained everything and was so efficient.

Kendrick did a great job on our carpet. He was friendly, dressed neatly and answered all my questions. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. My family said the carpet looks good.
There's no chemicals, making it safe for my family & pets. Dries quickly & left the house smelling clean & fresh.
My carpet was as dirty 6 hours after it was cleaned as it was before he started.
The tech seemed to be new and confused, unsure and very inexperienced. Perhaps he was not ready to be cleaning alone.
I'm not sure how you can make it right. I work a full time job and do not have the time, ability or energy to move ALL my furnature again.
Perhaps you could bring a crew to move my furnature and clean my carpets again.
However, Christmas is in 6 day and I will have more than 50 friends and family members looking at my dirty carpets. I will be sure fo tell them what an awful job Zerorez did on my carpets .
I will also be posting a review on all social media as well as telling EVERYONE I know to NEVER use your service.

Arrived a little late but I was kept in the loop on when he would be there so no problem. Nice associate - he did a good job cleaning some really old and stained carpet. Was very thorough. Did a walk-through before and after, and then he went back and treated some stubborn stains. Thought the price was reasonable for doing such a good job.
I was supposed to receive a restaurant gift card (as listed in the ad and confirmed over the phone)..... never received.
No chemicals as we have many animals and humans. Your service man was so helpful and did a great job.
