Every Zerorez cleaning has left my carpets feeling so soft, and there is no smell left from cleaning products. It never worries me if my kids walk on it right after (and they always reassure me that it’s okay!) I always have them do my tile as well, and it looks like we just moved in! I will recommend Zerorez 10 out of 10 times!

Very friendly. professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and rug. Got some longg standing stains out too!
Jeremy was awesome! He was able to get my white carpet looking brand new. He also did a great job on my upholstered couch.
The technician was outstanding. I just thought that some of the traffic dirt patterns would clean up better especially after listening to your advertising. After he explained it to me. I understood but was disappointed nonetheless

Technicians are very professional and carpets don’t seem to attract dirt after cleaning so they stay clean longer.
They were prompt in scheduling an appointment. Asked a lot of questions regarding my specific needs and were very clear on the prices associated with the work ordered. The technician on sight was friendly and did a great job. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

I was told I would recieve a phone call at least 30 minutes to a hour before a technician arrived - they calles when they were at my door. I was closing on my house when they called to send someone else out an hour later, but the rep told me she would call right back.
I asked the new technician over the phone to go ahead and use the pet treatment on both rooms, but he only used it in one room. I paid $360 for only some of my carpet to get any pet treatment.
This was my 2nd time going with Zerorez. I was not 100% satisfied with the first service due to all the spots coming right back, but I decided to give the company another chance because the technicians that dis my firat appointment were great and friendly. This time i recieved a technician that didn't seem to care to even be there or do a great job. He told me it would be another 30-40 minutes to finish out everything so I had to leave my brother there with him while I ran an errand. This technician magically finished 5 minutes after I left.

Very professional service, and the carpets look great— refreshed and cleaned, with no residue or chemicals. We had a few problem spots that they removed completely. No complaints here!
