My service technician was extremely professional and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the media room and closet. He just nearly brought back my suede love seat and area rug to new again.

We of course like the product and the service was amazing unmatched. Our tech was Eric and he was very personalable and helpful. He help guide us in right direction of what we should get done. He was a great time and did a wonderful job. Our next time we call to get our house done we want him and just him back. The product itself sells itself but the tech is what makes this company that is our only reason that we are going to back to Zerorez. What keeps a company alive is word of mouth so because of Eric we will spread the word!!

Fast and friendly service

I think the job was great and the technician was wonderful. I thought the pricing was a little high for the tile cleaning. We just moved into our house and not all the stains from the tile came up, but it looks much better. Overall pleased with the result.
