Justin was on time and very professional and friendly. I'm a very picky customer who tends to hover and point out all my worries about the carpet and tile. Justin was very patient and exceeded my expectations. The 100 sf of tile has never looked better in the 14 years I have lived in this 21 year old home. Everything was done well. I wish I had received tile cleaning and gift card. There was a 4 room minimum for getting the tile cleaning and gift card but since I did my stairs, I would think this would count as a 4th bedroom. Anyway, other than that, it was a great job. Thanks Don

My carpets look almost like new.

Great service

1. the corner shields to protect the walls.
2. the demonstration of the system used to remove pet stains, etc.
3. the fact that you do not use my water system.
4. the person assigned to the "project" being very patient and willing to show how your
process works and demonstrations.
5. the finished product, my carpet looked like new and I felt cleaner just living in it.
Having two dogs and going in and out to the back yard every day brought lots of dirt, etc.
I am glad I was told about your company by my daughter-in-law. You're the best!

The animal cleaning does a good job o my rugs and takes away the spots and smells.

We called zerorez after our dog had several accidents upstairs while being watched by someone a few weekends ago. The house didn’t smell like urine before being cleaned and now reeks a day later! When I called to complain I was told that what we upgraded to was just a spray on treatment not meant to remove pet odor. That we should have used their extraction service. What? If we told them that was the problem then why didn’t you recommend something that would actually fix the problem? Both rooms that were “cleaned” now smell strongly of urine like it was just spread around both rooms. The customer service person I talked with the next day after our cleaning was less than helpful, she basically blamed us for not getting the right treatment and said that they would be happy to come out and perform the right treatment to get the smell out but of course would be charged full price, again. We will never use Zerorez again.

The employee that cleaned my carpets seemed to be over worked. Complained about living in his work van. The job he did us deplorable. A complete cleaning would be the only justification for this problem

I’ve been impressed with this company for years and they have been the only company i’ve used in years because they are the best! After using other so called environmentally friendly companies that have left some type of residue behind and therefore attracting more soil to accumulate, there is no comparison to ZeroRez. We waited a little too long between visits this last time and I was a bit worried that some of the stains would be permanent. Once again, I shouldn’t have worried or doubted ZeroRez! My technician was Eric, and I will request him permanently! This man was incredible! He worked smart, hard, efficiently and tirelessly and got every single stain out of the carpets - they look brand new! I just happened to mention to him that we only need the carpet restretched in a couple of places and learned that ZeroRez also does that as well! Guess we’ll be making another appt for that in the near future! Love, Love, Love this company!

Chris did an excellent job with your very simple but very effective equipment,
It sucked out all of Romeo's (my retriever) dander and lose hair which has removed the overwelming odor of his presence that dogs leave behind when they groom.

I really enjoyed watching the 'Fluffer' unit work with it's large brushes that released what I call 'fluff balls' that were also sucked up by the Blue Hose.

The odor is gone for another time and future date when I will call on you again.
