I purchased a mop kit a week ago Friday and have not received it or the receipt I requested.

Excellent job

Two techs came out instead of one for training purposes. Both men were very professional and friendly and I felt safe and comfortable having them in my home. I had 3 rooms cleaned along with my sofa, chair, and ottoman. This was a big job due to the fact that I have never had the carpets professionally cleaned in the 9 years I have lived in this house and because my large dog had been sick and urinated on the sofa. The sofa was supposed to be cleaned through a pet protection warranty with Guardian and I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to send someone out so the urine really soaked in. The tech they sent out did little to help and my couch still smelled like urine. When I contacted Guardian to get the tech back out, they refused because you couldn't see the urine stain any longer. The Zerorez techs were able to make all my furniture look and smell new again! My only complaint is that the service cost quite a bit more than the quote but it was still less than replacing the couch.

The carpets look clean, smell clean and dry quickly.

The service tech was really nice and the cleaning was decent. I specifically wanted focus on my high traffic areas of the stairs. After the carpet fully dried, there was still spots in the carpet. there was no pretreatment or extra cleaning solutions put down so it only got surface level cleaning with the wand. Maybe my expectations were too high. The other rooms were fine.

Excellent technician

We have used Zerorez many times. They have done a great job. We have light brown speckled berber carpet. This time there were patches here and there that looked as if they had not been cleaned. When we showed them to the worker he would clean them again and they looked better. This was true in many places. The carpet didn't even feel damp. We asked him about that several times. He showed us that he was squirting water in. He said he just did a really good job of extracting the water. He spent enough time but we felt we shouldn't have to go around pointing out areas that needed to be redone. When he finished our carpet looked like a light patchwork quilt with some areas darker than others. Also the whole house was almost dry. You could walk in socks and they would not get damp. That left us feeling that the carpet had not really been cleaned. It was a whole lot of work to move all of our furniture and items prior to the cleaning. He cleaned on Sat. We had company coming on Mon. so we could not ask to have it recleaned until after they all left. It looked better as days passed. It is too much work to have it cleaned again right now. We are just left with real reservations as to whether it was cleaned well or not. We will probably have to have it cleaned again sooner than expected. We are unsure whether we will use Zerorez again.

It works! It really really works! No residue to collect more dirt and grime when process is complete..and it gets deep dirt out.

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I was very disappointed with the person you sent to clean my carpet and the job he did. It took him 30 minutes to get started to actually clean my ONE room! Said he was having equipment problems. Finally asked to borrow some sissies after going in and out of the house 3-4 times. Mind you-it had rained and was still misting and temps were in the 40's which meant my door was opened all this time. Then he asked to use the restroom. He was finally ready to start cleaning. He did clean a little but made yet another trip out to the truck and came back with his energy drink. I was watching him as he was cleaning my carpet and he started out real good but then he started to getting (what I call sloppy) to where he would clean a line and instead of over-lapping a little, he would go over and inch or more and do another swipe. Towards the end he just kinda just barely when over it. My major problem was the fact he was wearing those foot covers witch he put on before getting out of truck and wore them through the wet and some muddy spots and into through my house!!! I have to clean my hardwood floor after he left! There are other things but you get the point.
