My carpets feel clean, they feel softer. I’ve used other companies and they feel hard and matter down after they are cleaned. Not with Zerorez!

Eric did an outstanding job. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me and was very patient and answered all of my questions - and I asked a lot of questions. He showed me several before/after pictures to show how dirty the intake vents were and to confirm that they were clean. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Eric.

The guys did a super job on the upstairs bedroom but I was a bit disappointed that they did not move a chair or a couple of plants to clean behind them. These items were not heavy and could have been moved very easily. Also, they did not appear to have enough of the foam squares to place under the legs of some of the items they did move.

Ricardo did an awesome job. We liked how thorough and professional he was. We've used you guys several times before and will continue to in the future. Our carpets are 13yrs old and after they are cleaned they don't look 13.
