Prompt, professional service

The carpets did not come as clean as we expected. They arrived at 1:04 and were through at 1:42 which is not enough time to thoroughly clean carpet in 5 rooms and a hall. I checked our camera on the time. We have had people come in and spend two hours cleaning. When you cleaned our carpets in August I was very pleased.

Clean carpets

We were given a timeframe of 10-12, but the technician didn't arrive until after 2pm. Our technician, Torrence, was very nice and did a great job. But the timing was a bit of an issue for us.

Zerorez did an outstanding job on our floors.!!! The box which you are wanting me to check off. I would gladly check it if you are willing to pay me for giving you my approval publicly because I paid you to come in to do my floors.

The technicians are generally on time, always polite, and they do a good job. Our most recent job was the cleaning of two light colored wingback chairs that had been used as dining chairs. In that role, they'd received more than their share of sticky fingers, food drops, and gravy drips. They look almost new, and I'm very pleased.

Carpet and floors are amazing.

Technician did a good job. Stain did not come totally up, but he told me up front that it might not.

By the way, I left a message that he left his stain remover bottles on my front porch. I left them there for 4 days and finally put them in the garage. If he wants to pick them up he is welcome to let me know and I will set them back out there for him.

The only thing I wish I would have been told ahead of time is how the carpet will buckle while wet. Once it was completely dry, the buckles went away.
