We have used Zerorez before and we’re always happy with the job done!! This time chairs were not moved to clean carpeting underneath and a spot in our bedroom carpeting was not cleaned. Generally just disappointed in the carpet cleaning.

Your man, Boston, was very professional and explained what additional rooms would cost, which we added to the job. He also told us what to expect about serious stains he worked on and could not completely get out. We would recommend him to others.

Technician was very cordial and professional. Our carpet is quite old, but well maintained. After the cleaning, when the carpet was dry, there were some "stripes" on our light colored carpet that looked like vacuum marks but did not vacuum out. ZeroRez came back out the very next day and took care of the situation. Now the carpet looks beautiful. Thank you so much for jumping on this and making it right!
