Clean the dirt out to the point the color was made lighter and the odor was gone. Thats exactly what I wanted and at a good price. Service technican was professional and friendly.

Are your employees contracted out? The employee was nice, but lacked professionalism. The hoses used to clean our carpets were dragged through the kitchen and left dirty tracks all over the tile. We had to mop the tile after the employee left. Our tile and grout were cleaned in the kitchen area and standing water was left behind for us to clean up as well. I am not sure that clean water was used to clean our carpets because there was a musty smell after the employee finished cleaning the carpets.

The price quote I got over the phone was not accurate. When the service man arrived he measured the rooms and charged more for "over size" rooms. I do not recall this information being provided when I made the appointment although I told the person on the phone that the rooms were all empty. Felt like "bait and switch". It cost me about 35% more than the price quoted. In addition, I was quoted $99 for 3 rooms but I get an email ad EVERY DAY for $99 for 4 rooms. Very confusing.
I've used Zerorez many times before and never had them change the price after they get there.
Also, for some reason they cannot find any of my previous service in the records.
Other than the price issues, Edwin did a good job on the carpet.

For some/most Zerorez customers they would be very happy with the results. However with the pet urine odor issue I had and still have in my 700 sq ft apartment, the Zerorez process did not work. The first time the techs came out, my carpet stayed wet and/or damp for almost 48 hours. Zerorez sent out the technicians again yesterday trying to uphold their guarantee. I was able to run the air conditioner and put fans at the floor level this time when they finished their work. However, approximately 12 hours later my carpets feel dry; but, when I knelt down to check the dryness of the carpet, my knees were damp. This means the padding is still wet/damp. This will only exacerbate the problem as the odor wicks back up out of the padding into the carpet fibers as it dries. Mostly, I am disappointed to have spent $1,228.64, given up 12 hours of my time while the technicians were in my home and still smell pet urine. The techs did a maticulous and good job. Dustin is very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked very hard trying to alleviate the issue. Jordan, while still in training, also worked hard. I do not feel that the fact I can still smell urine; and now a musty smell in parts of the carpet that stayed wet too long, is their fault. I feel that Zerorez’s methods and expensive products ($75.00 per gallon) are not accurate as to what they are deemed to accomplish; or what is stated by the sales person who a customer speaks to on the phone. As to what Zerorez can do to make things right? I feel that only a 75% refund would make things as right as they can be. So in all essence,I am willing to pay to have had my carpets cleaned. Also, please keep in mind, while I live in a 700 sq ft apartment, over 80% of that is either hard floors or covered by furniture. With that said, there was very little actual carpet that had to be treated and cleaned.

Technician was prompt, professional and courteous! I didn't have residue left on my carpet after the cleaning and the smell was pleasant and did not smell like chemicals.
