The fact that my carpets cleaned up well and y’all were running a great special.

Ive used zerorez multiple times and while your techs are very nice polite etc I dont feel as though the actual cleaning is thorough.my first couple experiences with then were great. But I had zerorez come out in November and was so disappointed that the tech had missed areas of carpet and I felt the tile in bathrooms looked no different than before he cleaned. When i had a tech clean kitchen tile a year ago I thoughg it looked superb. But was disappointed in Novembers services. Then a tech came out this week. He was very professional but I dont feel as though he was trained enough to handle cleaning our sofa. 1) water leaked or somehow sprayed all over the floor needing 5 towels to sop up water 2) he didn’t understand how or why it happened 3) he did not continue to clean remainder of sofa. My guess he was afraid it would happen again. I must say he was extremely apologetic and professional but I would’ve rather him state the mistake and offer to have someone come back and clean sofa. I didn’t realize the sofa was not complete until after he left. It seemed the machine was not working? I dont know. He didnt charge me for cleaning (not cleaning) the sofa thankfully. Then he mentioned someone stole the invoice from his truck which I found odd. So after 2 sub par experiences with Zerorez I dont think we will try again. I will need to find anothee company to finsih the job

The courteous technicians, clean carpets that dry in a timely manner, and the fact that I can depend on the technicians arrival at the time promised.

i was originally invoiced for $132 that included cleaning countertops. My wife was charged $292. Somehow to wipe down counters(which were clean already) and to put sealant on a small kitchen was and additional$160. I could maybe understand if you buffed it out but it wasnt. There was nothing on website that said it would charge by foot for counter tops. It was an addition to the deal being run and was supposed to be a $15flat rate. I will NEVER use your service again, and plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC for FALSE ADVERTISING

It was nice and quick and my carpets were clean and I could walk on them within hours.

It really works! This is the second time we have had you come. The first time you were able to remove pet stains that had bothered us for years but had never been able to remove. After your treatment the stains were gone and we were thrilled. Now we will have you take care of our New carpeting.

I love that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean carpets and tile. Our house smelled and felt so fresh after our cleaning and the carpets were soft. Our technician was very nice and did a great job. Highly recommend you all.

The quality of service was not what I expected. Listening to your commercials I thought you were top service. I know some smaller companies with way better service. Also tech came by and slept for an hour in front of the house in his van. I won't be using yall anymore. You made me look bad in front of my wife, because I spoke so highly of yall. You talk a good game on your commercials but you don't back it up. Thanks but no thanks.

Heard great things about Zerorez. My Sister used them and her kitchen tile looked fabulous! I purchased an older home and carpet needs to go soon. But with moving expenses, decided I would have it cleaned before moving in and tile areas steamed. Randy did a great job! It looked 100% better and smelled fresh.

My appointment time was 330-530.
I called when that time passed to find that the tech was delayed.
I took off 3 hours early to be home at 3:30. I get paid hourly, a costly loss for me.
I made it clear that i had to leave by 6:40.
The tech showed up at 6:40.
I had to scramble 3 friends to get children picked up and get meds from the pharmacy before they closed.
I understand the techs are required to go over certain information and options, but by that time all I wanted was for the tech to register my rug and leave
I don't recall the web site indicating that rug footage is figured by linear footage. My rug is round. So, after all this the tech told me the price is more expensive. This rug cleaning was already not accounted for in my budget. Being told it is was more expensive made me want cry.
Lastly, When you know you are hours late, you should offer the client some compensation
for the inconvenience. I got a thank you and a survey.

The young man named Chris Jones was wonderful. The carpet is just like new.

The technician was wonderful. Very sweet and personable.

I really like the cleaning of the carpet and chair. Fabian, the technician,is the best! He is thorough and knows how to clean well. I appreciate his work ethic. I wish all technicians would be like Fabian!
