What do you like about our products and services?

I have old carpeting a d the service technician got it very clean especially the stairs. I noticed a big improvement in the edges of the carpeting near the walls.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Last two cleaning appointments the technicians did not use the "brush rolls". They only used the wand to clean carpet. I was not aware that the brush rolls was part of the standard cleaning until I saw a demonstration video on your website. To my surprise I noticed the brush roll being used and never saw it used in my home on both cleanings.

What do you like about our products and services?

It was done quickly, the guy Jarrett was friendly and honest. My carpet came out clean and fresh except for a couple of spots that were really old. I was told ahead of time that since they had been there so long that they might not come up. Overall I am pleased with the carpet cleaning.
