Great product and service!
I had to redo carpet with my own steam cleaner and got a lot of dirt out of the carpet. I called and rep said it’s because I declined flash. I got stains out myself. I used y’all for convenience upon reviews from KLTY. But $250 was too much to pay for results I got. Very disappointed .
Darwin was great and did a fantastic job. But the people on the phone when you make your appointment could use a little training in not being rude. They seem like they are overworked, underpaid and not happy in their position and it shows when they talk to their clients.
The cones to protect the corners of the walls is unique. Friendly technician
The last technician did a great job. He was very good and professional. I have never had the carpets this clean and I have used Zerorez since 2012.

I just wanted to let y'all know a bottle of cleaner was left.
Carpet in one bedroom was much wetter when tech left that the other 2 bedrooms. Would have liked it to be a little drier. Also the tile that was cleaned was really wet and I had to ask tech to please dry it.
The Technician was great, but as with most carpeted rooms there are traffic patterns. I was hoping that more of the traffic pattern would come up.

No chemicals and the technician LC was so professional. We have never had someone come clean our carpet as good as LC. We will never use another company.

Eric showed up on time, was very professional, he did an excellent job of cleaning our floors.
The work that was done by the technician was complete and the product to remove odors and stains worked very effectively. I am always pleased with your work and ability to perform top quality cleaning.
The only difficulty I had was the initial call. The person who answered was more interested in offering me promotions or packages before I was given the chance to describe what services I needed.
This has been an issue each time I have called you for service. Please offer the promotions or packages that are available and appropriate for my particular request. I have the square feet, the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet or floors I want cleaned.
I only want to buy the services to accomplish the area, type of floor, the number of rooms and the square footage that fits my need. I am nor looking for promotions or packages.

Better advertising
I saw a Tv spot on channel 8 which featured the special pet treatment
Then they verbalized a “special” for the first 30 people to call for a $99 special
HOWEVER when you call, the special is NOT for the pet treatment that was featured when they advertised the special

no recurring stains after you leave

A wonderful young man cleaned my carpets beautifully, and explained several things to me...I am a dog owner! I highly recommend Zerorez if he is an example of your employees.
