The cost, friendly employees
I had to show the carpet tech that using a little “elbow grease” would get the spots out. I wasnt warned I should Be wearing gloves to protect skin either so skin was very irritated where the cleaner splashed up on me. He spent a lot of time in the one room where there was the recent spills but spend maybe 1 minute in other rooms. None of those spots came up even the slightest. Was really disappointed as we have used you before and seen better results. :(

What a couple months so i can tell if your cleaning really works. They all look good the very next day.
I called and setup an appt for the carpets to be cleaned in my home. I made it very clear to the young lady on the phone exactly what I wanted to have done. I wasn’t able to be there when the technician came to do the cleaning. He was able to talk the gentleman at my house into adding on items I didn’t want or request. The technician worded it in a way that it would only be one price, but when the bill came it was significantly more than explained. I called to speak with a manager and left messages. I received a call back almost two weeks later. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution and have yet to hear from anyone. It has now been a month. As the client who made the request/appointment, I don’t feel I should be responsible to pay for something I didn’t authorize.

They arrived on time were courteous and got the carpet incredibly clean.
I just don't think that the cleaning result was a good as we have previously experienced. I acknowledge that our carpet is 10 years old in 2 areas and 4 yrs old in the other so no cleaning could make the carpets look like new.

I am not sure how I feel about y'all selling air purifiers and discussing that with me I felt like I'd ask the salesman into my house when I just asked someone to clean my carpets.
I like that the technicians are very professional and respectful while they are working. They are also willing to move any furniture. They make sure to find out exactly what we need cleaned and other options to help clean up the carpets and best options to treat the different areas.
Your man had us move dinning room chairs! He did as little as possible! Stanley steamer was much more complisating for three rooms and 99 dollars! Not impressed!
Service was good but the technician was surprisingly very knowledgable and took his job seriously. This is what makes the difference.

Representative seemed to be very new and wasn’t very familiar with what was included in special so therefore none of tile was cleaned.
We still have stains in both bedrooms and paid extra for treatment.
I had a GREAT experience the last time we had zero rez. The rep was very friendly and informative. Edwin (I believe that is his name) was polite and worked fast. I felt a bit less informed and then we never got our gift card. The tile was soaked for quite a while as well. The job wasn't bad, but the experience was not as good as the first time.
Johnathan did a fantastic job! He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. You are lucky to have someone like him working for you. His spunky attitude will make the toughest person smile!
