Raymond was my technician. He was HIGHLY professional, courteous and great to work with by putting me at ease answering all my questions from the very beginning. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned by a professional service such as yours. the cat urine (which had dried on the carpet) was taken out and there is no odor or stains visible anymore. I did have to pay extra, but Raymond made the decision for me by making me feel comfortable to spend the money than rather buy a whole new room of carpet. It was worth what I paid for this wonderful service. I've had other "so-called carpet cleaning services" come to my house over the years and Zerorez is by far the best I've EVER had. Great Service! And they do what they say they will do from the first time out. I will have them out at least once a year to clean my carpets from now own.

All the stains have been removed. The gentleman that came out was very informative and polite.
I was disappointed that Zero Res could not get the dirt completely out of several spots in one room or around the baseboards.

The young man who did our work was quite charming and did a good job. While our carpet is old, and not all of the stains could be removed, we did not expect miracles and got more than we expected! Our carpet, while not perfect, is 100% better than it was. It smells clean and looks better than it has in years.
We were also surprised by how nice the free 100 sq feet of tile cleaning came out! Wow. We will have Zerorez back again to do our tile in the next month or so.
It was a good job and worth the money we spent.

Not happy to pay almost $200 - I was originally quoted $135 for 3 rooms. I listed 1 bedroom, 1 master bedroom, living area & master closet; technician indicated the living area was oversized! I’m trying to locate floor plans to see numbers for living area; also the master closet & hallway. I certainly didn’t plan on $199
No furniture had to be moved & didn’t include small bedroom which we use for office.
