My house has about 2,000 sq ft of carpet. The technician was at my home for a total of about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The carpets are still filthy. Never again. I was charged $450 for less than 2 hours. I had to shampoo my carpets AGAIN because I don't think it was done the first time. I think he ran the machine through the rooms as fast a he could and didn't even get simple bugs, dirt or lint up that was in the middle of the rooms.
To make things right you could reimburse me or come clean my floors again.

I thought a excellent job was performed by the associate that cleaned our carpets. He was very professional and knowledgeable concerning carpet cleaning and despite our carpets being 4 years and never cleaned before. They look as good as new again.
Friendly, courteous workers and especially how clean my carpets looked and felt
It was more expensive than I thought it would be. I've heard the ads on the radio for years so I always wanted to try. I needed a pet treatment to a spot of carpet due to a sick pet. That was $120 for the small spot in addition to the $99 for 3 rooms. The technician was appalled of the scent of another room - my "cat room" and said that room would need an entire treatment (10x10 at least). I told him that room was not the priority but the spot in another room where a sick pet pooped. He really gave issue that I wouldn't even consider more treatment even though I explained that was actually a catbox room (and what he was smelling was the catbox not the carpet). I simply could not afford any more money to be spent. I don't feel comfortable with a technician giving the estimate when they come out since that turns them into sales reps. He also asked to use my wi-fi code which I didn't feel comfortable giving out. Then asked for a pad of paper but went back to his truck to get another phone with internet and his paper. I also thought that he would move some of the chairs & easy to move items which he did not. Oh, and the area with the $120 pet treatment, the pets still smell the scent in that area.

quick.
Scheduled for Friday between 3:30 and 5:30. I took vacation time from work to be there. At 5:49 I called to see when would they be coming. They said not til after 7pm! However, nobody bothered to call and let me know. I rescheduled or Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. They did arrive at 8:57am.
Customer services is a big deal to me, but doesn't seem to be a high point for Zerorez.

Great technician--John! Carpets came out very fresh and clean, especially considering their age and having had lots of dogs over the years. Truthfully, you just have to pay a good amount for good quality carpet cleaning, particularly if you have pets--there's just no way to get it done dirt cheap. But the technician helped find a solution to stay in my budget and then did excellent work. I'll call them again in the future.
The 2 gentlemen that came got to work promptly and arrived within the window of time stated. They were friendly and courteous. The cleaning was very thorough and we are very pleased.

The visit wasn’t anything special, u guys cleaned the carpet well. The tech was cool. The appointment window was difficult to work with and fit in, but I got it worked out. What u can do to wow me is make my carpet smell better, clean and refreshed. I thought I would see a better finished product, I thought my carpet would look brand new again. However, I could have gotten the same result from the last carpet guy who is in business for himself. He was cheaper and more accommodating. I, now, would highly recommend him over Zerorez. But ur radio ads did a good job with getting me to try u guys.
