The service tech was great and the price quoted on the phone was correct, until I realized there was a 3rd intake and a vent I missed counting when I called. So that made the cost go up. But I was aware of the prices and it wasn't an issue.

The service technician was very polite and did a good job. However, I would recommend that the service technicians not be allowed to talk on their telephones while performing their duties. The customer is paying for a service and not paying for the technician to be entertained while talking and laughing with friends. .

Nice service. Tech showed up on time. quickly and cleanly performed the cleaning. We had two chairs cleaned along with an ottoman that had taken on "dog smells" over the years. The cleaning worked as advertised and the chairs have essentially "no odor" or neutral clean odor. Cleaning was much cheaper than two new upholstered chairs.
Not clean 1/2 the grout in one area as a “free” service...now my dining area looks ridiculously dirty and the clean/unclean grout sticks out like a sore thumb.

The results speak for themselves. My carpets are fresh, clean and soft. They don't have that sticky feeling I get when using other cleaning services. The level of service is 2nd to none from the moment I book the appointment to the moment I'm waiving goodbye to the technician. I will never consider anyone other than Zerorez to care for my floors.
There is a redo on certain areas tomorrow. Also tile was not cleaned. Overall poor job for the money.
Is affordable, the technician was really profesional. It arrived on time which I always appreciate. The carpets and the upholstery are like new.

The young man, Randy, that provided the service did a great job!!!! I have no complaints with him.
The problem for me was that I requested two people to show up bc I knew the rug was heavy. I didn’t get a call and no one arrived until shortly after the time frame I was given. I was told they would be here from 10 to 12. He arrived shortly after 12 but I had to call to find out when the service person would arrive. There was only one person and he has to wait for the 2nd service person to arrive and that took another 30 to 40 min. They didn’t even start on the rug until 1:00. The young man was super nice, but your scheduling leaves much to do desired. I have used Zerorez several time before but not sure about using you again.

We have used Zero Rez many times and have been happy with your services.
But, this time we were charged for "extra" large room.
In fact, we were already being charged extra for that room since we had you clean 4 rooms instead of 3. The charge was $45.00 for the extra room.
Why did your tech think it necessary to charge an additional $15.00 ??? I realize it isn't allot of money but it's the principal. Again, we haven't been charged for extra large room before.
Maybe because it is NOT an over size room. It is the game room upstairs.
I would like Zero Rez to give us a credit for $15.00 to be used on the next time we use you.
If not....we won't be using your company anymore.
