Did a great job cleaning. No stains or spots were left on the carpet.
I love Zerorez and have used them exclusively for many years. This past visit, Jonathan was the technician. He was fabulous!!! Friendly, professional, and really seemed to love his job! He was singing throughout the house. Every inch of my house was clean with precision and perfection. He is an asset to Zerorez.

My email said coming between 3:30-5:30 on 5-14. At 5:45 I called Zerorez to see if coming. The representative advised my scheduled time was 4-6p. She checked and should be at my house in 30-40 minutes. He arrived at 6:20p.
He cleaned my carpet . He finished at 7:55p. He was also to clean my tile but something broke and could not clean tile. He said was scheduling me for 5-15 between 1-3p. I was called on 5-15 and and advised will be coming out on 5-16 between 3:30-5:30.
The tech was professional and did an amazing job! The carpet looks phenomenal. Thank you! Highly Recommend!
