The technician that was out was very professional and did an outstanding job of providing service while explaining our needs and doing the work very efficiently. I am extremely pleased with him and the way he made me feel as a customer. The thing that I was disappointed in was the cost vs what I got. The best way to describe it is my floors were not as dirty as I thought. The result was a clean floors and tile and couch but the price tag was high. If the cost of tile was cheaper per square foot I would be more likely to refer friends. Carpet price is good value. Couch cleaning was a little high. If friends need carpets cleaned I will recommend you. If they need tile or furniture I would recommend they do it themselves.

The way the carpet feels after it has been cleaned
Our $99.00, 3 room carpet job ended up costing us over $300.00. It was Mother's Day weekend and we were expecting guests. Had we had time to cancel and go with another company we certainly would of sent him on his merry way. The job would of cost even more, but I canceled cleaning of my back office.
I came in with this black light that revealed additional stains unseen by the naked eye. We have a mini-Yorkie who is well behaved. At the end of the day, we realized we paid for spots left by the previous homeowners!
The carpet looked cleaned but did not smell deodorized or have a fresh scent! I will use Dalworth again next time.
I saw the segment on GMT and said I would give Zeroez a try. I did and am not satisfied at all! Lesson learned...
So with the carpet cleaning going over budget and food to purchase for the family cookout... all I received for my Mothers Day present was a carpet cleaning bill!

I like the product because it's not soapy soap that causes your carpets to be gummy & attract more dirt & grime. I like the method of cleaning.

I was extremely disappointed. Someone came back after the first cleaning and tried again. Then tried to up sell me an additional $150 saying it was because stains were in the pad. I have had my carpet cleaned that was worse than this, paid less, and had better results. I will never use Zerorez again. I really want my money back but I’ll take it as a lesson learned.
They are what they say. No toxic chemicals, and clean carpets when finished. The staff are on time and inspect the area to be treated and answer any and all questions. They are fast and super efficient. We have used them repeatedly for general cleaning of our buildings carpets but also for emergency treatments for when a pipe broke and we had flooding. They were always ready to accommodate us even with very short notice. Can highly recommend them.
