Scheduling is an area that needs much improvement, I took off the whole day and had called in a week in advance for an early appointment to allow the carpets to dry while no one was at home. On the day of appointment I had to call Zero Rez to get the appt time, I had been scheduled at the end of the day 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
Excellent customer service. The technician, Paul, was very knowledgeable. He let me know what he was going to do, and he was done in a timely manner.
Too expensive. Added cost pn hallways.

Raymond Trevino, the technician that cleaned my carpet the first time did such a great job that I requested him again. He is very friendly and professional and he does a great job. I have referred my friends and neighbors to your company for all the above reasons.

I was impressed by Darwin's professionalism and expertise. We've had our tile and carpets cleaned but this was our first time having our wood floors done. I admit that I was sceptical. The finished product looks incredible.
The Technician, Dustin, is so Awesome. He's very detailed, hard working, and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. He also carries a very upbeat attitude and a very pleasant personality. I would recommend Zerorez and Dustin to all my friends.
