Boston is awesome and I'm very confident the only person at your company that cares about doing a good job and following through. Otherwise I have been extremely disappointed in the management and customer service.
My carpet has permanent stains from the air duct cleaning guys that Boston can't get out.
The air duct guys told me that management would call me about the damage but they haven't. Boston told me that management would call me about the damage but they haven't.
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had getting my carpets cleaned.
I will not be recommending your company to anyone but I will be telling everyone how horrible it was to work with your company.

They show up when they say, they do a great job on the carpets. the people are always polite and respectful. the cost is more then reasonable. I am a property manager for 30 or so properties, I will not use anyone else but Zerorez.
The service man was very nice and I like the fact that it’s not abrasive chemicals used. Done in a timely manner. My 17 year old carpet looks new again! Amazing.
Soap free, and when completed there was no sticky soggy carpet.
Dirty water was left in drips all across my wood and tile flooring so I had to hire a maid to come and clean it up since the house is for sale and I had already left town.
Carpets on stairs were wet for 2 days, and at doorway to master bathroom carpet was soaked and took 3 days to dry. Water was left in a pool on the wood just outside the door.
I called the technician and he said that is just the way it works, his equipment leaks.
Someone else called to send someone else out to clean up but I had already hired someone to do it by then. I want a refund.
Caesar was very efficient and personable. I just wish I had looked more closely at one stubborn spot before he left. It's my misfortune to not be as observant as I should be--maybe, or maybe not, he could have given it another treatment. At any rate, I was very pleased with both product and service.
The tech was able to get all the stains out of my carpets.
The technician was incredible detailed oriented, and the equipment used was clearly in great shape. I have had problems in the past with poorly maintained equipment causing my son to have an asthma attack because it put mold/germs into my carpet, and this was the entire opposite experience. The carpets are perfectly clean, took minimal time to dry, and had absolutely not smell.
Do not do 3rd party suveys the service was very good and i would recommend the technician highly will Last name removed

My technician was more interested in telling me what I was doing wrong with my dog than cleaning my carpets.
He told me my choice in kenneling my dog was “bad” and proceeded to tell me why.

Dewayne was a great service technician and very knowledgeable about carpets.
He was extremely polite, courteous, and very careful about the rest of the house and keeping it clean while he was working on the carpets. I would definitely use Zero Res again simply because of Dewayne.
We have used Zero Rez many times and have been happy with your services.
But, this time we were charged for "extra" large room.
In fact, we were already being charged extra for that room since we had you clean 4 rooms instead of 3. The charge was $45.00 for the extra room.
Why did your tech think it necessary to charge an additional $15.00 ??? I realize it isn't allot of money but it's the principal. Again, we haven't been charged for extra large room before.
Maybe because it is NOT an over size room. It is the game room upstairs.
I would like Zero Rez to give us a credit for $15.00 to be used on the next time we use you.
If not....we won't be using your company anymore.
