My appointment window was not kept and I was not called by anyone. I had to call the main office at the end of my appointment window to find out what was going on and a new window was given and then that was not met either. Eventually a time was given to arrive and they were late for that as well. I sat around from 10am to 2:30pm waiting for service. Once they got here the tech was very pleasant and worked quickly but there were areas that did not come clean and still look dirty. Overall, the experience was not good and I only gave a 5 because the tech who did the work was pleasant. Otherwise, I would have given a zero.
I hate giving poor reviews but this was not a good experience.

The technician was wonderful. He was professional and was patient and kind to my children who asked a lot of questions. Our carpet smelled clean afterwards and feels so soft, as opposed to when I use my steam cleaner and other products on it. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
