We had some extra cleaning challenges due to a combination of pets and a light colored carpet. Sadly, after our carpet dried from the first cleaning, some spots reappeared. Zerorez sent our awesome technician back to retreat the spots until we were satisfied.
At the same time, we sent an area rug to be cleaned off-site. A mixup made getting the rug back in time for guests look impossible. Following some heroics on the part of Zerorez employees, the rug was delivered as promised and looked amazingly beautiful for our guests.
I was more impressed with my technician. He was very informative, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. In addition, he did a great job!
Toro (terance) arrived on time at exactly 8am. very professional and we would certainly will use zerorez the next time we need our carpet cleaned.
I just vacuumed my carpet for the first time since my clean by Zerorez, and I give you a zero. I have water stains I never had before in the middle of my bedroom carpet. Also, there are demarcation lines left by a machine and dirt where they missed the center of the carpet. I am not impressed and will never use your stain service again

Zerorez.
Cleaning the bedrooms and refusing to clean the empty closets without an upcharge is irritating. Stanley Steemer doesn't do that. You guys used to be a pleasure to deal with. Now it's all about the upcharges.

Excellent Job, Dalton was my technician. He arrived as scheduled, courteous and very professional. He did a walk through with me and explained the process. He was efficient but took the time and did the job right. My neighbor came over to see if I was happy with the service and I was able to refer Dalton on the spot. I will use Dalton and Zerorez again and be happy to refer to my friends and family.

I liked that no harmful chemicals were used and my carpet and tile look great. Ricardo did a great job. He arrived as scheduled and took pride in his work. He worked hard to ensure my carpet looked almost new despite pet stains. I highly recommend Ricardo.
