Tech turned on my AC & then left it on (my House is empty -it ran for 24 hours) he should have turned it off.
Tech also left all the Lights on (again 24 hours before I could shut them off)
The Tiles were cleaned up to 1” of the Wall. This is noticeable and does not achieve a seamless look.
Nick was the service tech that took care of my carpets and I was very impressed with how much time and effort he put into the cleaning. He even showed me the smallest spot that he couldn't remove; so small I couldn't even see it! He would also ask if I was satisfied with the room cleaning even before he wouild move on to the next room. I will specifically ask for Nick the next time my carpets need cleaning.
They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use their services again. Only complaint is he told that he'd seal my shower up when I cleaning it but he didn't. Maybe they were in a rush but I was really looking forward to that.
We had a pet stain in our bedroom that we paid to have removed. After it dried, it seems to have just spread out a bigger stain. It doesn't look very good at all.
The price, environmental awareness and the results are amazing!
No chemicals and prices
The zerorez technician was professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpet -- including the stairs.
The technician was great. I’ll give him a 10. I was disappointed that the process wasn’t as effective in removing spots and stains as I had expected. Did well in getting dirt out, but not so much on tougher stains
The technician- very friendly, on time, and even wore shoe protectors. Wonderful! Now to the task at hand. The first room had a stain. I told the technician that if the stain wouldn't come out, don't bother doing the room, I was going to replace the carpet. Stain did not come out, he did the entire room anyway. Master Bathroom tile was to be cleaned. There is actually dust on the floor in corners and even about 8 inches from the walls in places where he didn't even come close. Laundry room tile had a blue mystery stain, after his "treatment" the stain was now brown and about twice as large. The rest of the room didn't even look like it was cleaned. I bought a cleaner from home depot and removed the stain in less than 10 minutes with a little elbow grease. I have two white display chairs that a toddler decided to draw on with a marker. The technician was able to get the marks out- great! But as far as cleaning the rest of the chair, it still needs attention.
Again, the technician was knowledgable, friendly, and quick. I am not satisfied with the zerorez product. I would appreciate a refund or a credit towards a future attempt at gaining a satisfied customer.
I was told over the phone at time of reservation that the cost of applying protecter to 3 areas of carpet is $60 but at the time of sevice i was told it is $90
Also the stairs shows lines after being cleaned and dryed.
Very disappointed
The carpets look extremely clean. And I cannot smell any residue of pets which I think is amazing. So I’m very happy with it. Just wish it didn’t cost so much!

The technician was a nice guy, he worked hard and did a great job on my really soiled carpet. I was really impressed with the results of the tile cleaning, the 25 year old grout looked brand new, seriously!
