I was very disappointed in the level of cleanliness in the tile cleaning. There seems to be a two inch border around my house that didn't get cleaned. The bathroom was also not cleaned and neither was the pantry. These were both tiled rooms. For $300 and less that an hours work, the results should have been better

I am always pleased with the results after cleaning. I always like the fact the technician arrives during the time window given.

I mention the time window because we had a different service scheduled for another day and the technician was one hour and forty minutes after the time window given. We did not receive a call or text saying he would be late. Needless to say, we were not happy.

Your associate explained everything he was going to perform. When some minor issue or two came up, he explained in detail how he would handle it. Everything was very professional. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking for a rug cleaning company.

the technician was the BEST and my carpets look OK, but every stain I had before is still there and/or came right back that same evening. I just don't think it works well ... especially for the price.

After several hours of the carpet being cleaned, there was still an unpleasant smell of dampness.

House smelled musty, not like citrus at all. Had to air it out a day just to get the smell out. And it was super hot outside. Tile floor still looked hazy and the cleaning didn't get off the leftover grout sealer on the tile.

I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Raymond. He was on time and went over all the work that needed to be done. I had asked for him because of the excellent job he did last time. The carpets now look light new and smell extremely fresh!
