My rep Justin was wonderful! He was professional and had the best personality. He was patient and took the time to answer and explain all of my questions. He made the experience very pleasant. He did a wonderful job. You should take pride in the service he provided representing your product and company name.

Carpet so clean
I hired Zerorez to clean my neighbor's carpets after house-sitting their pets. I was surprised by the price that was contingent on how many sq yards of carpet they "deep cleaned" and the exorbitant price I paid for each sq yard. I had heard reviews of Zerorez they did not use dangerous chemicals & they were efficient and often had specials--which they were running when I called to see if they could fit the date I needed. But instead of three rooms for $99, I paid $564 for "deep cleaning" which was high their rep said because of the #sq. yards of carpet they "deep" cleaned. I felt taken advantage of.

Air duct cleaner should include cleaning of all vents. Technicians should cover furniture near vents to offer protection from falling debris.
Perhaps you feel your vacuum technology will handle everything, but it doesn't.

Done a good job all around
They were helpful and friendly. They explained every thing they were doing. It made the whole process of cleaning my vents and carpets easy. I'd highly recommend them.
