Our experience with ZeroRez was great! The method/products used are really good as well as the service. Our dog had an accident and part of the cleaning process was to remove any odors. After the first treatment everything was pretty good but there were a couple spots I thought I could smell a little lingering odor. I called back and they sent someone back out quickly to reapply. Charles W served us both times and he’s an absolute professional and a really nice guy! Carpet looks great and smells great. Thanks for the help and great customer service - especially from Charles.
We love ZeroRez application process and how it don’t leave your carpet soaked and it doesn’t take very long to dry like the other competitors.
We were so pleased with the young man who came and cleaned our carpet. He was polite, professional, and did an excellent job! We think his name was Adrian. Zerorez is our go-to company when we clean our carpets!
This was my first time using Zerorez and I was somewhat satisfied. If I had to rate on a scale of 1-10 I would give a 10 for customer service, but a 6 for cleanness of the carpet. The stairs and other rooms show the appearance of being clean except for the master bedroom. I'm not sure if that is because of the dirtiness of the carpet, but I can still see areas of dirt.

This was the first time to use this company's service. There seems to be a lot of communication and organization issues between office employees to field employees, as well as office employees with customers. The employee that called me back said they have other people retrieve voice mail messages. So, the person returning my call did not listen to to anything I stated in a detailed message. That was disappointing. I told the office employee the cleaning guy could come a little early. Well, the next thing I know, he is at my house & ringing the door bell. That was certainly a surprise. I was not in a position to deal with that yet, but I felt like I was forced to go ahead & have him come in and perform the carpet cleaning services. Awkward. If I use this service again, and if I am as asked if the cleaning guy can come earlier, I will flat out say no. Trying to finish working at home & deal with noisy carpet cleaning was not ideal. Let's hope the customer service part, and listening skills of employees improves in the future.

Your ad said 100 sq ft tile cleaning included. The guy said he had no machine for tile cleaning. My wife was not impressed with him.

This service man explained before he started that the damage I had done with over wetting the carpet with my Kirby shampooer might not come out, but told me to put a fan on it to help, and then he used measures to keep too much water from going in again. Today the dark water stains have not come back - just wish I had gotten him to do the adjoining living room as well! Next time!!
Excellent cleaning. But, unfortunately, at more than 2x the price. Because a local small business cleaner can provide the same service at less than half the price, I will go with them next time.
To make things right: reduce your prices by half.
