I like the Zerorez carpet cleaning because it is efficient and relatively quick. The carpets look great and we were able to get the whole house cleaned in a couple of hours. Carpets dried within a couple of hours without extra fans. I have used this service before and will use it again.

The carpet technician that came was very courteous and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner but was thorough. The tech. was knowledgeable and well trained about carpet cleaning.

Stain came back in living room and on good carpet the track in front of the couch
came back darkened when dried - better if these two areas stayed clean after drying
The carpet stays clean so much longer.
The pet odor was not removed, it returned within 2 hours after the treatment. the extra charge should not be charged if the odor is not removed. The technician was pleasant and said the odor may not come out.
The first appointment time was not honored. When I telephoned, I was told it could be outside the time frame. I rescheduled the appointment for 8-10am the next day and should have received a phone call or text that the technician was on his way. I did not receive any notice. The technician arrived at 745am, before the 8-10am window.

i feel like every time the quote i get over the phone is really low. then when they come out it's like another reason why it's a lot more money than I was originally told over the phone.
air duct cleaning - first none of this is a reflection on the tech who was here - Joseph. he was a positive. problem is your information about air duct clean identifies that ducts are videoed before and after. that was a key for me. confirmed by your office when I called. that did not happen and as a result I have no reference point as to condition of ducts before and after. can't say what kind of job you did because I do not know. Joseph did show me video from his phone of debris passing where he was at the equipment in the attic
When you finish a job one knows that it has been done with total excellence.
