Great customer service, courteous and knowledgeable attendant, outstanding results.
The carpets come out all right . The tech didn't ask me if everything was alright , others techs have done better jobs and were more professional. And when I asked about the 100 sq ft of tile for free he said that the company wasn’t doing it anymore . Also , he pretty asked for a tip right out of the gate , And it made me feel uncomfortable . I have given tips before , but never had one say that they get tips if we feel they did a good job.
It may be time to look for new company .

Grout should be paid more attention. The guy was good overall but you would have to tell him the spot where he needs to do twice.

Very through, carpet looks like new! No harsh chemicals or odors, so I don’t get a headache. Reasonable prices 😊
They did a beautiful job on the carpets and were very accommodating with allowing my realtor to let them in, etc. They also explained in detail problem areas as well as what they did to clean them. In addition, they provided tips for those areas in the future.
My only disappointment was that I had the Moneymailer coupon for $33 per room/FREE tile cleaning up to 100sf/$50 restaurant gift card. The tile did not get cleaned as it was not noted on the order. I will wait to see if I actually receive a Gaucho Estillo gift card.

Always listen to what customer wants
The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets look better and they seem to have done a good job. They pointed out any areas of concern and the spots that they were unable to remove. However, after the carpets dried and we were able to more closely inspect the area, there was an area of very noticeable spots that weren't pointed out and two new spots where a piece of their equipment had been. I haven't tried to clean them yet, but am hoping they will come out easily.

We have now used Zerorez for over 4 years to clean our carpet. The service technicians are always great, thorough and professional. The only thing I have noticed the last few times I've used them (and my husband agreed with this), the spots on the carpet don't come completely out like they did with Dalworth or some of your competitors. I love that there is no residue left behind when I use your company to clean my carpets, but the spots are usually food and not anything out of the ordinary. I am going to have to use another company next time around to resolve this and get the carpets spot free.

After the service we received from a different company, it was a pleasant surprise to see how Zerorez performed their job duties. From having company logos on their vehicles and uniform to the multiple services offered with no upcharges as the last company tried to do our carpet was so much cleaner this round.
I love the service & products you use. My carpet looks great. Only problem, I never received a receipt or the tickets I was told about. I would really like a receipt for my records. Thanks

I really liked that there was no chemical odors and that your representative/technician was very courteous.
However, the results I had hoped for were not realized. Your advertisement in Home Mag shows a dog dirtied/stained carpet and then a spotlessly clean carpet after Zerorez.
I didn't expect to have like new carpet - but i don't think there was a difference after cleaning, even just the normal foot traffic areas didn't seem cleaner. But I wasn't totally disappointed. I knew stains wouldn't come out - I think Zerorez was only marginally better than my home carpet machine. But you handle the water and cleaners - which is a benefit in itself.

Very timely and did a great job making my carpets look like new!
