I had a few stains on my carpet in a room that I paid extra to have removed. They didn't come out. I worked on it myself with a towel, an iron and my own portable spot cleaner and got most of it out myself. All other work was fine. A refund of the extra 33 I paid could make it right.

The carpet cleaner clean my kitchen tile floor when not asked to.
He said he did it for free, but now I have white/clean grout lines in my kitchen and dark grout lines in the dining room.
The service guy was great. We couldn’t give him a tip because paying with a credit card you don’t have that option. We didn’t have cash.

No post cleaning crunchy carpet. Nice and soft and clean!
Not charge so much money for hot water.
Because there is zero Residue, just clean fluffy carpets. The carpets even feel clean walking with your bare feet. The worst part is I have to vacuum prior to cleaning. Maybe you could offer a reasonable service to vacuuming the customers carpets.
