The service technician was actually early to my appointment. He explained everything and was quick and efficient. The carpets looked great!

I've had good luck with Zerorez. Last few times the technician left some work to be followed-up on but he came back yesterday, happy to help and all is good. Regarding staircases, make sure your 100% happy because I've had not so good luck with stairs (more than a couple times), but when they did the last treatment earlier this year, a second gentleman came out and it was MILLION times better. The previous tech just did not get them clean so ask for a follow-up if you're not happy.

End of the day, you won't want to use those shampoo rug and carpet cleaners any more, they end up really dirty within weeks after cleaning. I used them for years and was about to re carpet and decided to try Zerorez. I've still got the same carpets 7 years later using Zerorez (and yes I need new carpeting but it's saved me a lot of money putting that off with Zerorez). It's a good value too. If you're a regular, they tend to offer extra value. Our goal is 2x per year. This year will be 3x and we really should do it quarterly. Enjoy your renovated carpets!

P.S We don't and never have had pets and we vacuum regularly. Our carpet was very good quality (20 years old now) but we don't remove our shoes which I know helps a lot. FYI.

I have always used Zerorez because they do not use harsh chemicals and because I have small pets. They have always done an excellent job on my carpet but their upholstery cleaning is terrific as my sofa looks almost new and it is close to 25 years old.

I had several spots in my master bedroom and after the cleaning they are back. Not sure if he used any pretreatment. I know you can send someone else back out but it is my time and waiting AGAIN for it to dry. Yuck yuck

Chemicals are not used, and the service was more than expected. Have used you before and are more than pleased.

I was quoted a price of $255 for 4 rooms which included enzyme pet cleaner. Two of the 4 rooms are very small and very little cleaning area. The technician quoted $600 but came down to $400. I asked that I be sent an itemized invoice of what was done, but did not receive one. The carpets look good except for a couple spots in the family room that I did not notice till evening when the lights were turned on. $400 is quiet a bit more than 3 room for $99 as advertised. We have always been pleased with Zero Rez, but we have never had to pay more than $99 + tax.

as always, the tech I request is Ed, in the commercial group, always does a great job.

There were spots which didn't come up which I know happens. However, once the team left, I used as Clorox wipe and several of the spots came up. In addition, there were still several areas still dirty which I know happens too. I used my spot bot w water only and the water which was retrieved was darker than what was in the visible hose thing from zerorez. Also, in front of the chair my daughter sits at, the carpet is now actually hard. 1st time disappointed.

i have used zerorez for several years now, and have had a mixed bag of results, mostly relative to the service tech. this tech was nothing short of the best. all of the rest of the techs should be trained by him. every business should be fully engaged in meeting the customer expectations and delivering a great customer experience, and he did just that.

The representatives that came out to clean the apartment rooms were very professional and caring and they did a great job getting stain out of carpet and on recliner. I would highly recommend Dionte Taylor!!!! He was so nice and explained in detail what he would be doing and was very thorough in cleaning.

Technician was very professional

The carpet cleaning is thorough, prompt and effective, the carpet is left with a minimum of water, which dries quickly. The tile cleaning is also very good, and the technicians were very conscientious about getting both the carpeting and tile as clean as they possibly could.

I also got a quote for duct and coil cleaning, with antimicrobial treatment - I thought the quote was a little bit high (even with significant discounts), however, I trusted Zerorez to have the proper equipment and to do a good, professional job, so I accepted it, and I believe they did a great job. My air quality is markedly better since the service, and it feels like my AC units have been cooling much more effectively since the cleaning. I was pleased with the careful and complete service, and I'm ok with paying a market price for good, reliable service. I also appreciate that the technicians focus on the work, and not the hard upsell.

Booking the appointment was super easy, got a confirmation text and email, the tech was right on time and very nice and professional. And of course, my carpet looks great!
