I can’t even tell you how amazed I was from Terrence who came in and cleaned the carpet. He was professional, so extraordinary and he went above and beyond. You really trained him well his personality shined through, I really really recommend zerorez because of him. Great employee.
Adrian, our technician, did a very good job. He was polite, hard working, and professional. It is too bad that the company lied to us at least twice and told us that the technician we requested was assigned and would be at our house at the assigned time.
This is the 2nd time the company did this. Both times they sent a new and inexperienced technician rather than the one we explicitly requested and was told was coming. The first time it happened, the technician was terrible. This time it worked out.

The technician was on time, personable, professional and did a very thorough job. He even got out carpet stains from my dogs!!

Your techs were very knowledgeable and filled me in on the entire process. I really like the care in which they took in addressing each spot in the carpet and basically removing all of them. I also enjoyed watching the clear compartment that was attached to the suction hose and seeing all the dirt being removed from the carpet. I and now a forever customer. No more dal-worth for this family. I've recommended Zeroez to everyone I see since my carpet was clecned.
Our house is outside the service area so you have to have at least $500 worth of cleaning done in order for your team to come out. That is hard to suggest to everyone.
Also I had my tile cleaned and after the floors dried there were areas that looked dirtier than before with residue left over. I had to clean the floors for an upcoming party even though they had just been cleaned. I was still overall happy but could not give a 10.
Please send your drivers in a marked car- it is concerning to open the door to someone who is not in a car with the business you booked the service with. I have been told that you contract out your work and that could be why the driver was in an unmarker van. The work that he did was done well
You're always great. That's why I keep having you come back. However, the promotion you ran @ the time i booked my service promised free Ranger's tickets. No tickets yet.

We talked abt the stains on the carpeting. Tech explained what he was going to do. This last time was the best the carpet has been cleaned. I’ve been using Zerorez for several years.

The services was great. Darwin arrived at the appointed time; set up everything for the carpet cleaning and treated the spot area. The free tile area looked so good that now we have to get the rest of the tile cleaned :). We were very pleased and can't wait for our next appointment.

I like that you don't use chemicals and it's a green way to clean. Charles also told me that the steam cleaning kills all kinds of bacteria, so sanitizes and cleans. He did a good job!

I love Zerorez! I've used them in the last two cities I've lived in and my Dallas experience was equally good. It's hands down the best carpet and furniture cleaning service I've ever used. Recommend highly.
